Partnership Brings Astronics Test Systems Products to
Israeli Aerospace and Defense Industry
The new Tabor Aerospace & Defense Group will provide sales, service, and support in Israel for selected products from Astronics Test Systems, Wireless Telecom Group, and Tabor Electronics.
EAST AURORA, NY, March 5, 2019 – Astronics Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRO), a leading provider of advanced technologies for global aerospace, defense, and other mission critical industries, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Astronics Test Systems (ATS) is a partner of the newly formed Tabor Aerospace and Defense Group (TADG) along with Tabor Electroncis, Ltd. and Wireless Telecom Group. TADG is dedicated to delivering proven expertise in automatic test in the wireless, telecommunication, satellite, aerospace, defense, and security industries. TADG will provide the local expertise to sell, service, and support Astronics Test Systems solutions in Israel.
TADG will offer a large variety of test solutions to the Israeli aerospace and defense market including integration services, automated test equipment (ATE), software, and fully customized solutions from ATS. Tabor will purchase ATS solutions using U.S. Department of Defense Security Cooperation Foreign Military Financing funds.
